Textual Analysis of Music Magazine Front Cover;

A first glance at this music magazine portrays that it’s a music magazine due to the fact it clearly has a has a cover line that says ‘T.I’ in bold and is a much bigger font to the rest of the cover lines on the page which has been used to attract an audience to the contents of the magazine and has been situated round the main image to prevent any writing being invisible if placed on top of the image.
      Based on the fact that the famous Rap artist T.I himself is the person used on the front cover can be used to widely attract a female audience and also many fans of 'T.I'. The main cover image for this magazine is the main attraction and is clearly the most important thing. This ‘vibe’ magazine cover has focused on the image more than anything else hence why there is hardly much on the page and the image takes up majority of the space. Using ‘T.I’ on their front cover is and attraction because his class and status differs since he is an artist as appose to if it was any other random person. Moreover because images and photographs work better than illustration magazine readers will automatically be drawn which would have been a benefit of this magazine front cover.
 The visual branding of the title has been done in a bold font and has been written in capitals letter which makes it stand out, the fact that the master head was placed in front of the image portrays they want the name to be recognisable.

The denotation of this magazine front cover

Textual Analysis of Music Magazine Double Page Spread;

This double page spread has a abstract title to it , which would probably understandable only if readers had read the article , this might be an advantage for the magazine because people would be interested and enthusiastic to read , due to the title being 'Will he wont her ?"
